Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 26 SEP 2023 meetings were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

   The group discussed the possibility of updating a presentation that Randy 
   gave at DesignCon 2010 IBIS summit describing how to use the quality 
   checklist spreadsheet.

Discussion:
a. Review IBISCHK7.2.1 Parser Agreement quote, if available
   We are waiting for Atul to reply.
   
b. Briefly plan for a new IQ Tests and Automation document
   This presentation could be a future Summit presentation.
   Weston will use the existing presentation PDF as a starting point to 
   generate a new user guide document for the quality checklist spreadsheet. 
   He will use the IBIS committee PPT template for this work. 

c. Start planning for TSCHK2.1 specification
   Bob showed some slides about new features of the specification that he 
   plans to present in the upcoming IBIS summits in Asia. The primary topic of 
   interest is correctly working with normalizing resistance values per port 
   instead of the single value supported in the past.
